In the year 2000 – 2005 new 300 patients were accepted in our medical attendance. From this number 226 patients (75 %) designated marijuana as a first used illicit drug. Afterwards 153 patients (68 %) used second illicit drug, mostly methamphetamine (pervitin) and heroin. The most stated age of the first experience with marijuana was 15 year.
