In our contribution we would like to show on the problems, which is concerning using of alcoholic drinks with elementary school pupils. The research was realized in the two elementary schools, one was from village and second from city. The questionnaire was used as a measure tool. The number of pupils was 293, from this were 152 boys and 141 girls. Results were evaluating proportional and we used Pearson Chi-square test on finding of statistical dependence. We found out, that only 15 % of the pupils did not use any alcohol. Nearly 70 % of parents tolerate to drink an alcohol own children. We found out, that some children had loss of memory after drinking of an alcohol.
