The article is presenting case report of patient with complicated alcohol intoxication and head injury in the past. Her mental state in the beginning made an impression of psychotic state and was associated with paranoid, megalomanic and erotomanic themes in thinking, verbal and risk of brachial aggressivity, which was foreign to premorbid personality and ended in few hours without presence of amnesia.
