The buprenorphine treatment of opiate and cocaine addicted is widespread. It helps also stabilize patienťs motivation and compliance. There is high indication of this treatment by HCV, HIV infected and “criminals” addictive people. In our contribution we refer to importance outpatients buprenorphine treatment. This group was after short detoxification inpatients treatment and as follows has been treated at least on year. The daily therapeutic contact and examined drug taking was required as a very imported predictor of treatment efficacy. After 1 year of treatment 39 % patients are keeping abstinence, 52.3 % are employed.
