The initial part of the pa per contains a general characteristics of the drugs, drug addiction, and bullying. Then follows a part devoted to the anti-drug prevention, prevention of social pathologic phenomena, and introduction thereof in the school education. It also deals with the important aspects of successful creation, application, and evaluation of efficiency of the minimum preventive program. An important part of the paper is formed by a pilot research project, describing abuse of drugs, occurrence of bullying and approach thereto in selected primary school in the district of Zlín.
