The paper refers about the occurrence of depression disorder between dependent patients who were treated in Psychiatric Clinic of Addicts, Predná Hora, Slovak Republic. Hospitalised patients were followed from 2000 to 2001 year. The group of men was compare with the group of women. Results were compared with data of others authors from Slovak and Czech Republic.
