In the paper there are presented information in connection to homicide crimes in 176 probands with harmful use/abuse or alcohol / drug dependency. In the paper there are presented differences between 2 groups of homicide offenders. There are presented differences in probands familiar, personal and criminal history. Also there are presented some differences in clinical and forensic psychiatric characteristics.
