Mushroom poisoning is a very urgent problem of internal medicine and of psychiatry. The main objective of the progress report is to draw attention to cardinal symptoms and signs of different types of mushroom poisoning which respect new findings in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mushroom poisoning.
