From those who undergo withdrawal treatment is expected to start automatically abstain and from the ground will change not only his life but at least people in the vicinity. From another point of view, we look at it when we realize that dependence did not develop a week or for three months, but originated years. Therefore, a change such as abstinence is no doubt, will require significantly more time than just three months of treatment cessation. Abstinence is not an addiction treatment, is one means for the realization of other abstainer objectives. On this difficult path is not enough to stop using addictive substances. To maintain long-term abstinence, further amendments are necessary. The mere withdrawal treatment does not work, however dependent has the chance to see them and meet with the "clear head" and to learn how to prevent the other ones and how to solve them. Abstinence is not achieved if dependent does not want to achieve it.
