This group of patients has often been suffering from many somatic disorders with using a huge amount of somatic drugs and also become depressive and unable take sleeping. These psychiatric diseases try these patients to eliminate with using hypnotics and axiolytics which daily doses they increases and become dependent mostly from benzodiazepines. The next reason is the loneliness of those people, who either have not any relatives or relatives are not interested about them and that’s why the benzodiazepines and other drugs misuse is some exit from life which offer them neither any pleasure nor any positive perspectives. Sometimes psychiatric disease (organic brain damage) can be the one of the multiple reasons of emerging and perpetuating misuse and dependency from this type of drugs.
