By the means of the here referred cases we are pointing out the mean of somatic comorbidity with the focus on oncologic affections at the treated dependent patients in our clinic. We are detecting high incidence rates of cancer affections at dependent patients. On the basis of our experience with the handhold of previous undiagnosed tumors we are pointing out the execution of the oncologic markers examination at dependent patients which are clinically suspect or they have a laboratory finding.
